How long does it take to receive my Mystery Scoop Box?

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days plus shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Shipping time will vary depending on location. We currently only ship within the US.

When will my packing video be posted?

Packing videos will be posted once your box has been shipped. If you include your social media handle when purchasing a packing video, I will tag you in either Instagram and/or Facebook.

Can I return or exchange any items in my box?

All boxes and items are final sale-no returns. If an item arrived broken or damaged, email lizettesmysteryscoopco@gmail.com so we can make it right. 

If I give my preferences or substitutions, will I for sure get them?

I do my best in considering all preferences and substitutions given, however, inventory changes with what is available at time of ordering, so it is not always guaranteed. I try as best as possible to get the colors and preferences you request.
